I called four other electricians for quotes. They came out, said they would send me a quote, and two weeks later, I had only received two—both priced outrageously. I came across County Electric by accident, and Ketter came out right away. Two days later, he sent me one of the best quotes I received, and he came out the next day to do the job! I normally don't go out of my way to leave reviews or comments; however, these guys deserve some kudos. I recently sold my older home, which had a two-wire, ungrounded system. During the inspection, the inspector made a mountain out of a molehill, and the buyers were worried that it was unsafe. I was ready to tell them to take it or leave it, because most older homes have the same issue. I called County Electric, and they sent over a technician and an apprentice. They were able to ground my ungrounded outlets and install a few GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bathroom—on the spot. They were here for just a few hours, and the fee was very reasonable. I called County Electric for help, and Ashley was able to send someone out the same day! It was diagnosed, and I was given a recommendation for next steps. I called County Electric out to the house because I installed a new light in my bedroom, but after I installed it, it kept tripping the breaker. I couldn’t figure it out. I called County Electric, and they came right out to where I live and solved the issue. I had somehow crossed the ground wire with a hot wire, and that’s why it kept tripping. County Electric fixed it and then said, “No charge!” I couldn’t believe it. They said it wasn’t a hassle and that they solved it very quickly. They have my business for life, and I would love to refer anyone having electrical issues to give them a call. I’m glad I did!
